A new watch brand is born in California:- XETUM.
Founded and designed by longtime wristwatch and design aficionado, Jeff Kuo. Xetum was created because he wants timepieces that are able to blend modern design, Swiss components and at the right pricing.
The design philosophy is “accessible modern”, using only high quality Swiss components and eco-friendly initiatives which really is a plus point. Some of the initiatives includes 1. Naturally vegetable tanned handmade straps with Italian cork lining 2. rubberwood watch box and 3. carbon friendly watch carton.
My personal favorite of all their models is the simple uncluttered Stinson in brown dial.

The Stinson is all about the basics. A sweep second hand glides effortlessly around the minimalist dial. For those who appreciate uncluttered functionality and design, the Stinson represents timekeeping at its most fundamental level.
Housed in ETA 2824-2 automatic movement, its face is fitted with a sapphire crystal and back with hardened mineral crystal. A classic case size of 40mm, the Stinson’s matte brown dial comes with a butterfly clasp on its vegetable tanned leather strap.
Retails at $995, with 2 year international warranty.
